The fence is going up

here's the first picture of the fence going up. hopefully we'll get some better shots soon!

A New Back Door

We purchased this door a couple of months ago from Caravati's, but picked it up this weekend. The door is slightly damaged and will need to be fixed. We're looking forward to having more light in the kitchen.

New Duct Work

We were unhappy with the way we first had the duct work so we redid it. We are much happier with the result.

Construction Loan

When we started to look at houses, most of the places we looked at were on the market for the max amount of what we were approved for. Many of the houses needed some work, specifically in the kitchen, but we wouldn't have had any extra money to do the work. We knew one thing about our future home; we wanted to make the kitchen ours. We love to cook so it was really important for us to have a space that was ours, done our way. The St. James Street property was on our list of houses to look at, but more out of curiosity than anything else. When we were inside we saw all the possibilities and got excited. We felt we owed it to the house to bring it back to life.

Good Ol' Caravati's

Here's our new/old bathroom sink. It needs a little love, but overall it seems to be in good shape.
